Posts are anchored to the day something happened, not the day you uploaded it, so late uploads land in the right place. A “one year ago today” card resurfaces old moments, and because saved photos so easily sink out of sight, that resurfacing is the feature — not a gimmick.

How can grandparents see pet photos without installing an app?
Send them a private web link. Memofu's grandparent viewer opens in any browser with no app, no account, and no password — large type, newest photos first. You can turn the link off at any time.
Inside the family, the care circle keeps everyone in one private space: partners and co-caretakers can post and comment, viewers can simply enjoy. A grandparent may have a phone that opens links and still not want another app or account, so the viewer treats them as first-class family — not an afterthought.

How do I keep track of my pet's weight and health?
In the same app as the memories, in seconds per entry. Set a medication's dose times and Memofu notifies the owners and co-owners when each dose is due; an owner or co-owner marks it with one tap, and everyone in the circle sees who gave it and when. A daily care log for meals, potty breaks and dog walks shows who did each one, and if someone has just logged the same thing, it asks before logging it twice. Keep vet visits with what the vet said, photos of prescriptions or results, and the next appointment, with reminders as it gets close. Weigh-ins are charted, and vaccine, prevention and grooming reminders repeat on their own. Every record and its whole history is free — and so is a read-only health link for a new vet or a sitter, which stops working after a day, a week or a month. Premium adds a vet-ready PDF summary.
An unexplained change in weight is something vets want to hear about, and it is easy to miss day to day. Memofu stores weights in consistent units and charts the trend, so the history is ready when your vet asks — no more scrolling through texts to remember when the limp started.

Let the app make you a monthly highlight. Every month, Memofu gathers your best moments into a slideshow you can watch with family — no editing, no effort. It's the difference between storing photos and actually enjoying them.
Highlights play right in the app for free, and on any plan you can save or share the month as a collage image. Free collages carry a small Memofu stamp on the photos, and Premium leaves the stamp off. The small name and web address in the border stay on every plan. That's the polish we sell — never access to your own photos.

Can I export all my pet's photos and data if I want to leave?
Yes — everything, free, forever. One tap creates a complete export: every photo and video as it was uploaded (photos are stored as high-quality JPEGs up to 2048px; videos exactly as you shared them), plus all your posts and health records as a JSON file, and a readable health-records page. Download links stay valid for 7 days, and you can request a fresh export anytime. No paywall, no “download tax,” no 30-day countdown. If an album can hold your memories hostage, it was never really yours.
This is a policy, not a feature toggle: export is free on the free plan and stays free if you cancel Premium. Getting in is just as easy: bring in past photos from your camera roll, a Google Photos export (Takeout) or photos saved from Snapchat — up to 100 photos at a time — and each lands on the day it was taken, so your timeline is right from day one.

What is a Gotcha Day, and how do I remember pet anniversaries?
Gotcha day is the anniversary of the day your pet joined your family — and Memofu remembers it for you. The app tracks gotcha days, birthdays, and memorial dates, then brings back the right memories at the right time.
Anniversaries are when scattered photos matter most and are hardest to find. Memofu prepares them for you: last year's photos, the day counter, a place to add this year's. Quiet by design — a gentle nudge, never a guilt trip.
