Deleting your Memofu account
In the Memofu app, open the You tab and choose Delete account. You're signed out right away, and your profile stops appearing to anyone.
Your account is not erased on a schedule. To have your account erased permanently, send a request with the form on this page from the email address on your account, and choose “Account & data”. The same form works if you can't use the app.
What is erased
When we erase an account on request: your sign-in details and profile; every circle where you are the only member, with its photos, videos, health records and share links; your exports; your support conversations; your reactions; and your settings.
What stays, and why
Posts, comments and health records you added to a shared circle stay with that circle without your name, so your family doesn't lose them. If you own a shared circle, another member becomes its owner. Notifications that mention you are removed from other members' inboxes within 90 days. If you or something you added has been reported, erasure waits while we review it, and afterwards for as long as the law requires. Our hosting provider's backups are overwritten within seven days of the erasure.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. To stop billing, cancel it in your store's subscription settings.
